Does Voco replace my staff?

No. Voco handles calls when your team is busy — during a rush, after hours, or when all lines are occupied. Your staff stays focused on the dining room. Any call can be transferred to a human at any point if the customer prefers it.

What POS systems does Voco support?

Square and Clover are natively integrated today — orders route directly into your POS. Toast integration is on the roadmap. If you don't use a supported POS, orders still reach your kitchen via dashboard, email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

What if a caller wants to speak to a person?

Voco transfers the live call to your backup number instantly. If no one answers, it can text the caller a link to your online ordering page so they're never left empty-handed.

How is setup handled?
